All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Customs, VAT & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Footwear is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at service@foot-wear.store.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, a replacement or refund will be issued in accordance with our store policies.
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
Packages returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect may be subject to additional reshipping fees.
